About the Author
Sriram Bhat M (MS General Surgery) is currently working as a Professor and Unit Head (the-HoD), Department of Surgery, Karnataka Medical College (KMC), Manipal, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, India. He has been teaching as an Honorary Surgeon in the Government District Hospital, Udupi, Karnataka, India. He has been teaching surgery to undergraduate and postgraduate students since 1990. He started his career in teaching as a Lecturer in the Department of Surgery at KMC in the year 1996, soon after completing his MS. Since then, he has been moved by academic pursuits and has been teaching surgery to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
