Shipping policy
Special Instruction for the customers of MANIPUR, ANDAMAN and JAMMU: Please choose Expedited shipping (delivery within 7-10 days)... Normal free shipping will take 20-30 days.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship all orders within 24-48 hours. However, in case of specialized category book(s), it may go up to 3-4 day.
How will my order be shipped?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpress Bees, DTDC and Professional Courier . In some cases, where the pincode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use India Post.
What are the shipping charges?
The estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days. However, it may go up to 6-7 working days depending on the serviceability of your pincode area.
Return policy:
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer had to bear both forward courier and return courier charges incase if your not wanting the product

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please take a video during the unboxing the parcel. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
