Service Charges

DNAMART charges a nominal fee for the pickup & drop service. This fee includes insurance coverage for your stethoscope during transit — your instrument is protected from the moment we pick it up to the moment it is back in your hands. Charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

Owner's Responsibility – Package Preparation

The owner is solely responsible for preparing and packing the stethoscope for pickup. DNAMART will only collect the package as presented by the owner at the time of pickup. Please ensure the following before our pickup executive arrives:

• The stethoscope is securely packed in its original box or suitable protective packaging
• The genuine invoice and Littmann warranty registration documents are enclosed in the package
• All accessories or parts to be serviced are included inside the package
• The package is sealed and labeled correctly with your name and contact number

The owner is entirely responsible for packing the stethoscope and ensuring all required documents and parts are included before handover. DNAMART will not open, inspect, add to, or modify the package contents in any manner.
• Package Readiness: The package must be fully ready at the time of pickup. DNAMART's pickup executive will collect only the package as presented by the owner and will not wait for packing to be completed at the time of pickup.
• Warranty Eligibility: DNAMART does not guarantee warranty approval or acceptance of your claim. Warranty service is subject to verification and approval by the Littmann service center based on the product condition, genuine invoice, and valid warranty registration.
• Insurance Coverage: The insurance provided covers the stethoscope during transit (pickup and drop) only. It does not cover pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or any issues identified at the Littmann service center. Insurance claims, if any, are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
• Service Charges: DNAMART's pickup & drop service charges are separate from and independent of any repair or service charges levied by Littmann. Customers are responsible for paying Littmann directly for any repair or service costs.
• Transit Risk: While the service is insured, DNAMART shall not be held liable for any delay in service, loss of data or accessories, cosmetic damage not covered by insurance, or outcomes of the Littmann service center's assessment.
• Genuine Products Only: This service is strictly available for genuine Littmann stethoscopes purchased with a valid invoice. DNAMART reserves the right to refuse service for products suspected to be counterfeit or without valid proof of purchase.
• Service Availability: This pickup & drop service is subject to availability based on your location and courier serviceability. DNAMART will confirm feasibility at the time of booking.
• No Guarantee of Turnaround Time: DNAMART does not guarantee any specific turnaround time for service completion, as this is entirely dependent on the Littmann service center's processing time.
